plaid linking issue

I link my TD Ameritrade portfolios to SA via the Plaid system. Been working fine. However, my largest portfolio is suddenly missing. I tried to reconnect and 5 of 6 portfolios link successfully, but the one that went missing is not there. Don't know where the problem lies. Please advise.

I have one account that links.  The other account I get a message to that I need to "log in to my bank account and update your account.  Then, return to plaid and continue."  Well I have NO CLUE what I'm suppose to update, and tech support has me try things, but never stays on the phone long enough to see if it will work.  This time they had me change my password.  That made me a bit nervous, and, it didn't work.  I don't think I will renew at the end of my subscription, and may beg out early.
