VersaBank symbol VBNK should be activated

Not sure why VBNK is not active? it is an otc stock w avg volume of over 30k shares a day in USA .  The old symbol was VRRKF but that hasn't been active since 11/2021 when they became NASDAQ listed.  If you can activate it, would appreciate it.  There is a contributor article on the bank as well.  Thank you.
