Quant Rating Performance not updated daily

Hello,

On this website it says that the quant trading performance will be updated daily, however it is not.

"The Quant Ratings are updated once per day, before the market opens and the trading performance is also updated once per day."


Here is the record showing the performance statistics reported on the website I checked everyday:

The Quant ratings are updated between 4 and 4:30 am EST and this is the time that it gets updated daily.

Hello,

Why was it not updated on 2/1, 2/2, or 2/3? I find it hard to believe the returns stayed the same both days since you are rebalancing daily. Was this a glitch in your system? Is this a routine occurrence? Did you fix a bug?

Or is this expected going forward that you will randomly have days that do not get updated?

Did you go back to your tech team and see if there was a bug on their side? What did your technical team say?

Also it cannot be "daily" as the market is not open M-F. So you mean M-F between 4 and 430am EST it is updated, correct only on trading days excluding holidays.
