big red warnings of possible dividend decrease on many stocks.

Not sure of what has prompted this but I am seeing the above warning message on dozens of stocks tonight. Many of these same companies are reporting either same or higher dividends for this period. Many of these same companies have high quant ratings and high buy recommendations .  What's going on?????
