What happened to the iOS app? Recently noticed that you cannot pull-to-refresh your portfolio quotes. This functionality was easy to use in the past and worked flawlessly similar to refreshing websites in Safari. Now, swiping down doesn’t do anything nor does the refresh animation appear.
Pull-to-refresh works (barely) in a very strange and inconsistent-with-iOS-standards way -- It requires a super aggressive two-fingered triple-swipe-slam to trigger, that I cannot even do without two hands (I've tried). I basically need to slam with one right finger, slam with a left finger to push even further, and then slam down another with a right finger for good luck. Very quickly. Then, it might refresh. Maybe it is a sensitivity setting somewhere that expects too much pull? This is an iPhone X with recent iOS.
I figured out a way that works every time. You have to pull down at least 3/4 of the way down the screen to trigger the refresh. You’re right, it’s aggressive considering the rest of iOS (eg Safari) responds at about 1/2 way day while also showing you the spinning animation. I’m using an iPhone XR on iOS 15.
