Still no access to Chat on iPhone

I left an inquiry this morning (221218), that I was unable to access Chat on my computer & iPhone. The Chat on my computer was fixed this morning. Thank you.

I still CANNOT access Schat on my iPhone. When I try to sign in, it says, 'Your credentials were rejected! Please try again.' I must have tried 10-15 times. No luck!
