no emails

No emails from SA Ticket ID: 230055 says troubleshooting completed but not  can't even get email from them to reset my pw

My e-mails worked for 2days , back again to the same old crap .. This has happened at least 50 - 100 times in 2 year . Seeking alpha blames it on worker shortage among othe things .. Fix my problem or give me my money back ..

Same o , Same o ,,, I see a lot of comments ( all bad ) about your web site , I am tired of trying to get you to fix my mail , this last time it worked for 2 days .. How about you just give me my money back & we both go our separate ways ..Please don’t tell us it is worker shortage again , you have beat that dead horse many times & it is still dead ..

Hi there,

This usually happens due to bounces. Emails can also stop sending due to a bounce we received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. We must obey the message from your provider due to spam regulations and we freeze your emails.

Older bounces were cleared and as of now we found no bounces in your cases now so requesting you to please check your spam/junk folder for our emails. Please let us know if otherwise.

My e-mails have been screwed up for months , I think S/A does not give a damn . I have almost begged them to correct this problem , I can not even get them to correct my e-mail address after I have reset it many times .. Good luck , you will need it  ..

This has also happened to me. I haven't gotten emails in 2 months. I've added seekingalpha as a contact. Nothing in the junk/spam folder. This is one of my favorite features of being a premium member, but I won't continue to pay without getting the benefits.
