I don't want to "accept all cookies"

i have this annoying pop up window every time I visit Seeking Alpha - it wants me to accept all cookies so they can share my private info with marketing partners. I don't want this. There's no way to manage cookies or to deny and close this pop up.  I pay money for premium -- I shouldn't be bothered with low level marketing fishing like this.  How do I eliminate this pop-up?
