I have javascript enabled. It's terrible, but it's become mandatory. I am using Adblocker as a premium member should be able to block ads. Having this happen more frequently now. Using Chrome.

The problem tends to show up when I'm clicking links rapidly, especially when I use middle click to open new tabs. Today I was pulling up several transcripts and opening them in different tabs so I could use a CTRL + F to search for key words/phrases. After 3 to 4 transcripts opened quickly the blocker hit.

Is this anti-scanning technique really worth using against logged-in accounts?

PS. After clicking and holding, the bar turns into 3 dots. It does not go away at any point. It does not finish realizing I'm human. I simply close the tab and open a new one to navigate back to what I was doing. This seems like a terrible user experience for people who aren't familiar with working around javascript.

I'm having the same issue as you linked; javascript issue; terrible daily experience. Can the SA programmers not fix this?

I provided feedback on this months ago, and many others commented before me. Again, you are asking paying members to defeat their own blocking security to get your platform to work.  Today's experience was to "Press and Hold" five (5) times, without the page loading, at a time when there was less than an hour until market close.

After close to a year of this problem, Seeking Alpha paying members deserve a status, and to know that someone is listening and acting on our behalf -- more of a response than "Thanks". Something such as "We recognize this is a daily problem for users, have looked at this problem, and are implementing an alternate security solution that we hope will be ready within X weeks/months. We will report status on this thread regularly. "

Otherwise we may find it necessary to not renew our premium subcriptions and look elsewhere for investment information.

Contact your Credit Card company and have the charge(s) disputed.  Nothing gains attention like MONEY.

Apparently not.  If it was important to SeekingAlpha than that would be fixed.

Remember, you are not a customer, you are strictly cash flow.
