Nag "would I recommend"

Every time  I've gone to the chat today there's a survey at the top asking if I'd recommend SA.  Clicking on the "X" close icon doesn't close.  I've selected 0 or 1 several times but the nag message won't go away.  Why would I recommend a site where I'm paying for premium membership and for two services and can't make the nag screen go away?  If you want me to continue as a premium member, quit nagging.
