Notifications that don’t clear

Help! I’ve been dealing with this problem for years now, and it still hasn’t been rectified. I travel a great deal and use SA on my IPad with the App. In Notifications when I delete or clear a notification, often times they don’t permanently disappear, but sometimes repopulate in the feed. I asked about this several months ago and was told it’s a 3rd party piece of the app and SA would request a fix, but nothing has been done. SA is crucial for me, but sifting through hundreds of notifications with many that keep reappearing is much too cumbersome. What can I do?

Hi all,

Deleting or clearing messages from the message screen does not in any way reset the message counter (badge number).

The message counter is synchronized with the number of web portal messages.

If a user wants to clear the entire messages, click “Clear All“ .

If the user wants to delete a certain message, click on the right and select “Clear“.

If this does not resolve the issue, please take a screenshot of the application icon (with the badge number) and a screenshot of the web portal where the messages are displayed.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

Agree. Still happening after the latest update. The only solution for me is to keep notifications turned off. It used to work a couple of years ago. But not in a long time.

yes  please fix this   it cannot be this hard.  My app says I have 57 notifications.   I don't.   have cleared, uninstalled, reinstalled etc.  still 57 notifications.     Became worse after last update.
