"My Portfolio" does not show the change in shares post split for Amazon, it does show the price change

How would you rate the customer service you received?

im unsatisfied for 2 reasons.1. It took a month to get back to me, and2.  Google split in my holdings today show the price split of 20:1, but shares were not increased by 20x.so the problem is not resolved!

I raised a probably same issue in another post today. After the stock split, the shares original price are not adjusted accordingly. Regards
