export in excel

When I click the 'X' on the screen stocks, the exported list only has the current tab. Example, when I click the 'X' on the Summary tab, I only see Summary tab details in the exported file. How do I create an export that has all tabs in the same file with 1 click? I was told during the 30 minute video walkthrough that the 'X' exports all tabs. Please help.
