You've started limiting the number of free articles we can see. Ok, understandable. But just how in the heck are we supposed to know how many free ones we can see? how many free ones left? how long before more become available?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Well to tell you the truth it was rather disgusting! You gave me a link to go to an article to find out more about the new policy on free articles, And I'm not even allowed to read that because I'm out of free articles. Are you frickin' kiddin' me??!!!!! You can't see how absolutely STUPID that is? REALLY?!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

In order to continue providing our users with outstanding financial analysis and news, we changed our Paywall policy in January 2021.

You can read more about this change here: https://seekingalpha.com/article/4396836-important-update-for-seeking-alpha-users

The good news is that you can still access any article on any stock, even without a paid subscription, though there is a monthly limit to how much you can read.

This limit is dynamic to the individual member, based on the device they use, the traffic source, and a number of other parameters. It resets itself every 28 days
.

We do notify the member of when they are close to reaching their limit and when they have reached their limit with the following banners:

If you want to keep reading past the limit, you can just go ahead and start your free two-week trial of Seeking Alpha Premium - no commitment required.

Premium, apart from providing you unlimited access to analysis articles also provides you with many other powerful tools that can help you with your investing. You can get an overview of the service here.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

So here's the deal.... ever since you got the new way of determining how many free articles I get, I've got 0, ZERO, NONE.... Guess your back end program hardly works.... your out is " other parameters" ..... pretty cheap in my opinion..... NOW it takes upwards of 30 seconds to even load the site and when I get there I can't even have a choice of what article I can read.... rip the bandaid of and just make it a pay site..... that way I can go to a site like tipranks.com and have my info come up within seconds.

Get your ship together or just play with people that believe the way you do and supper more losses.... JMO

I have been able to read one article over the last few months. The warning comes up every time I look at any article. Your implementation seems poor. I just avoid the site for the most part.

Not a fan of "dynamic" allotment of articles. And, I have not received a warning; just can't read an article without paywall popping up. There is no way to tell when my account "resets." Very frustrating after so many years of wonderful service. Will begin looking for something else.
