Rocket.chat works on my Desk Top but not on my Iphone :-(

I can use Rocket.Chat on my Windows 10 Desktop, Rocket,Chat has stopped working. I enter the workspace URL https://rc.seekingalpha.com and I just get a twirling star (*) and nothing works. What is wrong?
