ex-dividend

When a stock trades ex-dividend the %change on portfolio page shows % gain/loss including the ex-dividend amount.  Looking at the individual stock page, the ex-dividend is sometimes accounted for and sometimes not.  The economic change in the security is not properly represented as the owner on the day prior to ex-dividend date  get the dividend.  The buyer on the ex-dividend date does not.
