Historical Prices function does not consistently work

Thanks for reaching out and sorry about the issue.
Yes, you are right. I just checked it's actually the same for me. No matter what date we select, historical prices give the same results.
For example - CELH - Celsius Holdings, Inc. I am able to load the results only until Jun. 13, 2022.
As per the Data Team - a bug was filed for the scrolling issue last week. Once that is fixed, we will be able to see the results and the excel download will also work as before.
They haven't given a time frame but hopefully, this gets fixed soon.
So not to worry, they are already working on getting this fixed.
