You provide plenty of ways of tracking articles I've read and people I follow and so forth. But I have actual conversations with people in reply threads, and your entire site downplays this use and makes it ridiculously harder than it ought to be. I receive notices of new comments on articles I am set to receive notices on, but cannot distinguish whether they are replies to my own comments. And then it is very hard to track my ongoing conversations after I have read a thread and the notifications are no longer "new", so they just disappear.
Allow us to manage all of our ongoing conversations in threads of replies. Allow us ready "history" access not to articles we've read, but to our own comments and those who replied to us in comment threads. Why is this so hard? Honestly, Reddit has a better conservation experience and it is otherwise about the most primitive thing there is online.
