App or Data Problem

The app or data supporting the app is not working properly.  When I bring up the app, and click on a writer's article, the article comes up for a second, then refreshes, then comes up a second time for a second and then refreshes again and then I get a solid white screen with the Seeking Alpha logo "a", but the article never comes up and the app stops working.  Clicking to go to my portfolio, clicking More, etc., does nothing.  It's like the app has locked.  This is not a problem on the website, just the app.  I am not having problems with any other app.  I rebooted my phone, cleared out my cache for apps, but that does not help.  I am using a Samsung phone with Android 10.  This is not the first time this has happened.  It seems to happen at least once a month or so.  And the app is very slow all the time compared to other financial apps I use.  Why can't Seeking Alpha produce an app that works consistently and quickly?

I'm experiencing the same issue on my Android phone.  This app is terrible.  This happens periodically and is extremely frustrating. I will not renew my subscription.
