How to bookmark an article as read

Hello there,

Anyone knows how to book mark an article as read already?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

It looks like I have to choose “save the file", even though I just meant to bookmark the article as "read already".The reason I still prefer a "already read" sign is that those articles will keep displayed in the screen if I do not "clear" them. Then I will be confused which articles I have read among those listed.

You can bookmark/save the articles you've read. Please click on the icon below when you need to bookmark/save.


Then go to "Saved Articles" ( below) under User options and the articles bookmarked/saved can be accessed.
