Wrong e-mails

My e-mails are only feedback forum , I do not want feedback forum . I want my regular financial stocks & Pre Market Summary that I am supposed to get daily . My portfolio is 86 stocks & I am getting NO INFORMATION on them ..What is the problem with your site that this happens time & time & time again .. Please quit screwing around & give me what I paid for …Thanks
