When do I buy top Rated stocks? When a stock is as the Top rated, it would have already gone up . At what point should i be able to make the move? Buy a stock at top 10, and wait to make it to Top 1? Any article to help with this?

Hi there,

These ratings change daily based on their market performance. These top stocks are given based on Seeking Alpha’s Quant Ratings.

These are an objective evaluation of each stock based on data, such as the company’s financial statements, the stock’s price performance, and analysts’ estimates of the company’s future revenue and earnings.

Over 100 metrics for each stock are compared to the same metrics for the other stocks in its sector. The stock is then assigned a rating (Very Bearish, Bearish, Neutral, Bullish, or Very Bullish), and a score (from 1.0 to 5.0, where 1.0 is Very Bearish and 5.0 is Very Bullish).

Seeking Alpha grades each stock by five “factors” - Value, Growth, Profitability, Momentum, and EPS Revisions. To do this, we compare the relevant metrics for the factor in question for the stock to the same metrics for the other stocks in its sector. The factor is then assigned a grade, from A+ to F. The grades, basically, symbolize the strength of how a stock scores against the sector.

The scale is divided into 13 sections. A+ represents the highest end of the range, C+ displays a stock that is in line with the average of the sector, and F reflects the lowest end of the range.

Quant Grade Tool Tip Definition. Grading is performed on a sector relative basis to the sector median. Relative grading allows users to instantly interpret the strength of the metric compared to the sector median. The top grade is an A+ , which displays the best metric relative to the sector median and stocks with this grade would rank in the1st Fractile. The worst grade is an F, which would indicate the metric is the lowest compared to the sector median and would rank in the 13th Fractile.

I hope the above helps shed light on Quant Ratings and how they can help you find the best stocks per your investing style.

Similar question, I usually try to buy them at the lowest point, but I'm not sure if I'm doing all right.

Well, it depends on the area you plan to invest your money. Today, investing in cryptocurrency is not safe since the cryptocurrency market keeps falling because of new legislation in many countries. If you are looking for good broker service, I recommend searching for information regarding the best brokerages available in your area. Also, before starting trading, I recommend getting the best cashback card from Young and Thrifty company. I bet you will find the best option using this article's information. I know it from my personal experience. When I was looking for good trading companies, a friend suggested I search the mentioned site for the required information.
