Summary of portfolio holdings by sector, cap, etc

Is there a way in the current website to show analysis for an entire portfolio?   I'm primarily interested in by Sector but capitalization (large ,mid, small)  and type value/growth would also be nice. 

The Fidelity site does a nice job of this but it is a pain to maintain for non-Fidelity holdings.

Similarly it would be nice if there was a function to identify company overlaps on etf's within a portfolio  or as a side by side comparison.
