There is no payout ratio history charting

First, it will be cool if there would be an option on the charting segment of any stock where you can see the payout (dividend) ratio history (and if there is can you tell me where) 

and second, when you go on charting to compare stocks there is no current way to add Key financial statement metrics of its one stock, for example, if I want to see if the dividend payout when going up or down had any effect on the stocks price return throughout the years, that's not an option now and would be a great tool for investors
