Filter by Quantity of Wall St Analysts who Rated a Stock - Stock Screener

My idea is for an additional filter criterion that would allow users to filter by number of Wall Street Analysts who have rated a stock. The filter could likewise be implemented for SA Authors, though this is not within the scope of my personal use case. As for if it would best be implemented as a standalone advanced filter, or an additional sub filter criterion or component of the existing filter is better determined by the dev team. 

I'll keep my reasoning is fairly simple since it can be easily extrapolated to other scenarios. The issue is primarily present in ratings that are perfectly round numbers and is most easily visible with a perfect rating of 5.00 "Strong Buy". In short, not all 5.00 Strong Buys are equal in my opinion. A stock that has been reviewed and rated by multiple Wall St Analysts and maintains a perfect 5.00 Wall St rating is much more significant than a stock rated to be 5.00 by only a single Wall St Analyst. Presently, in order for a user to determine the number of analysts who have reviewed a stock, they must drill into a third 3 page for each stock listed on the screeners results.
