I do not have access to my bitcoin wallett

I put money into my bitcoin wallet. But I did not write down a confirmation number or the twelve words it should have given me. I didn't even see an option for that info. Now I can't access to my wallet to be able to send money to my friend. How can I recover the pin number & the twelve words I was supposed to have written down.
