Cannot unsubscribe

Please remove paulboothjoinery@gmail.com from all email subs. Have tried multiple times and still receiving. The unsubscribe page does not work. 
I have also tried to unsubscribe from a second email account bootus3000@gmail.com, can this address also be unsubscribed from ALL subs. Please. Thanks
