My portfolios and info are all there in my iphone app, but completely gone from by laptop. Nothing. It's like I'm a new user. Very frustrating.

Yes, still a problem -- none of my usual content is there. 
Again, it's like I'm a new user (not a long time user who's paid for premium access).

I am having the SAME problem.  My iPhone is up, but laptop & iPad are not. ???
