403 forbidden nginx

I've been getting this message now for a couple of weeks. The only way I can get around it is by restarting my computer but as soon as I try to click to a different page it pops up and there is no way around it.

hugely frustrating

I am facing the same issues on my Windows10 machine. And it's the same issue on all the browsers. Chrome, edge. Incognito didn't help. Clearing cookies didn't help. Cn one talk to someone over the phone?
