Sign in not functioning - deleted existing portfolios

Unable to log in.  On July 27th via Apple Services I signed up for your paid subscription.  It worked on my iPad until 2 days ago when it ask for a sign in again.   I have tried via Apple sign in several times.  Deleted the app and reinstalled it etc.  How do I sign in and get access?  Or am I suppose to go to Apple??


Same problem. I am a paid-up Pro member and suddenly I cannot login and my portfolio has disappeared. When I try to contact I get a form reply that I cannot get any support unless I am a Pro member, and should look at Feedback forums for my solution. This is crazy!!
