Problem opening narratives on any section

When I try to open an article from the Analysis or Notifications tabs, I get a message that I have no Internet connection and the app crashes. I cannot access any article at this time. My internet connection is active and the modem is within 10 feet of where I sit. I have the most current version of the app installed. How to fix this?
