I have SA on my Home Screen. It always has #12. After reading and clearing all my messages it still shows 12 ! Any suggestions?

I have SA on my Home Screen. It always has #12. After reading and clearing all my messages it still shows 12 ! Any suggestions?

Hi all,

Deleting or clearing messages from the message screen does not in any way reset the message counter (badge number).



The message counter is synchronized with the number of web portal messages.




If a user wants to clear the entire messages, click “Clear All“ .




If the user wants to delete a certain message, click on the right and select “Clear“.






If this does not resolve the issue, please take a screenshot of the application icon (with the badge number) and a screenshot of the web portal where the messages are displayed.
