Hi, what is common across the three of you is that you are running iOS 10. For those of you who can upgrade to iOS 12, the problem will likely go away (since I cannot reproduce this issue on newer iOS) For those of you on older phones (like iPhone 5) who cannot upgrade, we are going to make a minor release to fix this issue which will likely be our final release for older phones.
same issue with me as well. I think it's been happening ever since the last update. I also use an iPhone, wonder if it's something with iPhone, haven't seen any android issues but in fairness, haven't looked much.
I've been having the same problem for days. I use an iPhone too. I tried re-installing the App, but that did not resolve the problem.
Version 3.10.11 just downloaded Jan 23 DID NOT fix this bug that crashes the app
