How does on go about clearing / resetting the badge number?
I have cleared the number of messages and notifications both on the phone and on my computer but the badge still shows 50 notifications.

Deleting or clearing messages from the message screen does not in any way reset the message counter (badge number).
The message counter is synchronized with the number of web portal messages.
If a user wants to clear the entire messages, click “Clear All“ .
If the user wants to delete a certain message, click on the right and select “Clear“.
If this does not resolve the issue, please take a screenshot of the application icon (with the badge number) and a screenshot of the web portal where the messages are displayed.
