Stopped receiving notifications on January 3, 2019. I keep turning them back on from the website and they keep turning off. What is going on? They are not in my email filter, I checked.

Your email server is rejecting our emails. When we detect this, we stop sending you emails and show you the message on the website allowing you to remove the block.  Since it is happening repeatedly, you need to contact your IT department and ask them not to block our emails.
