Account deadlock

Trying to log in, the system asks me to reply to the email confirmation. I never receive the email confirmation even though seekingalpha.com is whitelisted. When I try to change password, the system says the email address doesn't exist. I can get onto the android seekingalpha app, but it is impossible to reset the password from there because of the one step android link. I'm more interested in using the browser at the moment. 

So the account is deadlocked, in some sort of no man's land. Any way to clear this out so I can start over?
