Any time I try to open an analysis, the app crashes. I have re-installed multiple time to no avail. My iPad says it's software is up to date.

Hi

We released new version 3.10.12 which should fix it. Could you please delete your app and reinstall  new version (3.10.12) from App Store?  Let me know if  you still can reproduce this bug.

thanks Oleksandr for your prompt attention to this.  I tried as you suggested and deleted and re-installed the ap.  I also power cycled my iPad.  All to no avail, the same thing is happening, which is that the ap closes when I access an analysis or transcript.  It does not happen when I access a news item.  My iPad is 10.3.3 and claims to be up to date.

No problems on my iPhone, BTW.

This is a known issue for iOS 10. We will be releasing a fix next week, sorry for the inconvenience.
