SPAXX not appearing in Fidelity Portfolios

I Have requested help before on this issue. It has been going on for weeks.  SPAXX, which is where cash is kept in my Fidelity portfolios, has not been appearing for a very long time.  Why can't anyone at Seeking Alpha respond?
