I have also updated my galaxy s8 to oreo and notifications have stopped after that update. I can see that it's an ongoing problem so here's to you guys fixing it soon! Good luck.

Latest version for the app on google store is 4.15.8

SA, how do we get the APK for 4.16.9?  It's not on the google play store, and it is not on the internet according to google.  :)   Please help us install your resolution to this issue.  Thx!
