Showing RUT index at the top of my screen

I would like to show the RUT index at the top of my screen replacing one of the 3 indexes currently showing. How do I do this?

I would also like an option to see this index.

I would also like to see RUT displayed.  I should at least be able to add it to my portfolio so I can watch it.
