I no longer have access to the email in my preferences and I don't remember my password. How can I change my email and reset my password?

There seems to be no option to recover a lost password, only to reset a password and the reset password option requires my current password, which I don't recall. Also, my email needs to be changed as it is for an employer I no longer work for. There is no option to change an email, without entering a password - which I don't recall.
