Notifications were working but stopped after update 12.1.3

Have two iPads, both with SA app, on the one upgraded to 12.1.3 the notifications or comments show as a blank window.  Uninstalled app and re-installed did not help.  Have a had a lot of mysterious bugs in app, and a major reason why I don’t go to pro version.  Hopefully see a fixsoon.
