Repetitive/Circular Notification Bug in Android App. Very annoying.

The Notifications (News) on my Android app are in a repetitive loop. I keep seeing the same set of notifications (news) items as I scroll through the notification list (I typically have 50-75 notifications). I don't see this problem on the website. This is very frustrating. For example, as I scroll down or up through my notifications, I'll see the same set of news (e.g. those items posted between 10:00-11:00am) interspersed and repeated maybe 3 times before I reach the end of the list. Can you please fix this? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone.
