How to I get my email stream restarted?

All of my emails stopped last week. I've gone in and updated all of my preferences and attempted to restart them but I'm not getting any emails related to the stocks in my portfolio. The knowledge base seems to indicate that this is because you received some type of SPAM notification and turned me off. I don't see a way to turn that back on anywhere on the site. Can someone help me?
