How to see my "My Authors" most recent comments?

If I go to the My Authors tab and click on the Comments tab, it does not show their most recent comments. Going to my profile, clicking on "Following", drilling into each person I follow, and clicking the "Comments" tab does not show their most recent comments either. This was recently changed as the comments tab on the author's page used to show all their comments.

I should note, their most recent comments are from blog posts. It appears the change to the authors comments tab no longer includes these.
