Comments are still disabled in iPad after today’s update

Had an app update this morning - 2/5/19. I thought it might be the desired correction for the disabled comments section, but it’s not. The comments are still disabled. I installed the update, and tested it. Comments disabled. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still disabled.
