Haha, another complaint. Please read all threads.This company is going out of business. They haven't announced it, but but clearly they're doing nothing to keep it alive, keep customers happy, or servicing what's needed. Best you cancel everything and find a legitimate business. That seems to be the consensus here. Hope they don't have your payment information.
