unable to add new tickers to portfolio

I cant add new tickers to my 1 portfolio. I get an error message saying there is a limit of 250/400 tickers. I deleted about 100 tickers but still get same error. I tried to create a new portfolio but still same error.

There should be a ticker counter in the portfolio anyway.
