Wrong balance being reported in connected broker acct

In my Ameritrade acct ending 2322 the portfolio is reporting 30k less for the past few days. Its likely due to the wring cash it is reteiving - this problem happened several times in the past 3 months and i was asked to delete and readd acct and add casj manually . Can you investigate a more permabent solution pls ?
