All emails have stopped

The last email of any kind that I got from SA was on 9/20, prior to that I had no issues for, literally, many years, receiving all email from SA.  I use Thunderbird as an email client, and I have shut off all the junk filters. I am logged into my SA account.  This is driving me crazy, can you help, please?
